Eighth House

The 8th house shows our attitudes toward our partner and joint ventures or shared resources. Also the life and death issues we face and how we deal with them. It indicates our interests (or lack of) in the occult, psychology, magic and other such matters. Complexes and the capacity for regeneration are located in this house.

Fear of death, hidden strengths and our ability to handle power are other things that can be attributed to this house. It is ruled by Pluto, the plant of regeneration, so the things that this house covers are deep and powerful in nature.

Our ability to connect with another in an intimate way is also a part of this house. It is the intense deeply committed connection we are talking about here, not the more superficial connections we make throughout our lives.
